How each app works
Card Value is a price guide in app form. Its listing describes searching card collections from the first sets to recent ones, viewing each card's rarity and market value, following price changes, and adding cards you want to a watchlist. The app is 8.5 MB, which is small for a card app.
Binder AI starts from a photo of the front and a photo of the back. You choose the PSA, BGS or TAG scale and get an overall estimate with centering, corners, edges and surface subgrades and written condition notes. It identifies the card and shows eBay sold prices, price history and a graded value table. For a hand check of centering, use the manual tool in the app or the free card centering calculator.

Try both
The apps do different jobs, so test each on what it is for.
- Search Card Value for five cards from the newest set you own. If they appear with prices, its database covers what you collect.
- Pick three to five raw cards you are thinking of grading and photograph them front and back on a dark flat surface with soft light and no glare.
- Run them through Binder AI on the PSA or BGS scale and note the subgrades and the graded value table.
- Decide whether you need grading help at all. If you only want prices, a simple price app may be enough.
Binder AI's plans are on the pricing page.
