Accounts

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity on your account. BinderAI is not intended for children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian’s permission to use it.

Subscriptions and refunds

Some features require a paid, automatically renewing subscription. The price, billing period, any trial, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Unless canceled before renewal, the payment provider may charge for the next period. Deleting the app or your account does not itself cancel a subscription.

• Apple App Store: cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Google Play: cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Request a refund through Google Play.
• Website/Stripe: manage your plan from BinderAI billing settings, or contact support@binder-ai.com for cancellation or refund help.

Refund eligibility depends on the payment provider, applicable law, and the terms shown at purchase. If you cannot tell where you subscribed, contact support using your account email; do not send payment-card details.

Card analysis and estimates

BinderAI uses images, automated processing, and AI to identify cards, estimate condition or grades, and present market or grading information. Results can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. They are informational estimates, not professional grading, authentication, an appraisal, an offer to buy, or financial advice. A grading company may assign a different grade, and market value can change. Check important details independently before buying, selling, or paying for grading.

Your content and community

You keep ownership of photos, card data, and other material you submit. You grant BinderAI a nonexclusive license to host, store, process, display, and share it as needed to operate the features you choose, including AI analysis, saved collections, and content you deliberately make public. This license ends when content is deleted, except for copies retained for legal, security, or backup purposes. You must have the rights needed to upload and share your content.

Public profiles, community posts, and shared binders can be viewed by others and may remain in screenshots or copies made outside BinderAI. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the service or others.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse BinderAI, interfere with its systems, reverse engineer it except where law allows, scrape it without permission, upload unlawful or infringing material, harass others, impersonate someone, or use the service to commit fraud. Do not bypass subscription, security, or usage controls.

Availability and liability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, subject to applicable law. We work to keep BinderAI reliable, but provide it “as is” and do not promise uninterrupted service, particular analysis accuracy, or a specific commercial outcome. To the extent permitted by law, Global Dominance LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will post the revised version with a new effective date. Material changes will receive additional notice when required. Continuing to use BinderAI after updated Terms take effect means you accept them, where law permits. Questions can be sent to support@binder-ai.com or our support page.
